The easiest way to play this entry is to simply open "index.html" with your browser of choice.

The above option provides an almost indentical experience to the "Play Online" feature on the IFComp website, with a few differences.

Unlike the Play Online version of the game, this downloadable version:

- Can be run even if you have no internet connection;

- Is not connected to the IFComp servers in any way, therefore will not receive any updates (you will have to download the files again if you wish to play the most recent update);

- Has save files stored locally in your browser, which should be much more stable than the ones on the IFComp website (but please note that the save files are treated similarly to cookies, and can still be wiped if your browser is set to erase this kind of data).

For your information, it's also possible to open the "The Little Four.gblorb" file directly, using an interpreter program—more in the links below. There can be benefits (e.g. practical, aesthetic) to using a standalone interpreter instead of playing in the browser, but for playing The Little Four, it really shouldn't make much of a difference.
